COVID TESTING SERVICES

i-calQ offers a complete solution for COVID 19 testing.  Our proprietary platform and App make it possible for accurate, quantified Point of Care (POC) testing on any smartphone, anywhere, anytime in about 10 minutes.  Current COVID testing is slow, inefficient, expensive, and not convenient.  The i-calQ COVID solution changes all that with a real POC device that streamlines the entire testing process.  We are currently offering IgM and IgG anti-body testing and are working on an anti-gen test and a saliva-based test.  All these tests will work on the same i-calQ platform and on any smartphone with the downloaded i-calQ App.  We are working with Universities, large and small companies, sporting events and others to provide the most efficient solution to re-opening safely. 

Why is the i-calQ technology superior to any other types of current COVID testing:

  1. It is a point of care device that works on any smartphone (iOS and Android) 
  2. Tests can be completed in about 10 minutes 
  3. Patients download the app and fill out the questionnaire freeing up valuable time from the testers 
  4. De-identified data can be uploaded immediately

Universities

We have been working with Universities preparing plans for testing of students and faculty upon their return to school. We listened closely to their needs and devised the following scenario on how the testing would work. 

  • All students and faculty download the i-calQ app on their own smartphones and build their profile and complete the questionnaire.    The user receives a de-identified code when the profile is completed. 
  • The students and faculty are tested at sites designated by the University.  The health care worker, with the i-calQ technology, inputs the students/faculty code and runs the test. (No need for further input by the health care worker). 
  • The quantified results are produced and signify whether the student has had the disease, their anti-body score and whether their scores reach a predetermined level of immunity. 
  • The data results are sent to the student’s phone and one of three barcoded certificates will be uploaded:  
  • Has not had SARS-CoV-2 (No anti-bodies) 
  • Has had SARS-CoV-2 and could still be infectious (IgM antibodies only 
  • Has had SARS-CoV-2, has IgG antibodies. 
  • Students who fall in the first two categories will need to undergo further periodic testing. 
  • Students can have the barcoded certificate read whenever entering the university, classroom, dorm, or sporting events. 
  • The de-identified data can be uploaded to the University 
  • Random Temperature checks should also be undertaken. You can use a gun thermometer or one of the many temperature kiosks currently available. We work with a number of kiosk manufacturers and can incorporate it into the solution. 

Sporting Events

Sporting events for colleges and professional leagues can benefit greatly by using the  

i-calQ Total Diagnostic Solution. Here is how it would work: 

  • Ticket holders and stadium staff download the i-calQ App and complete the profile and questionnaire.  Once the profile is complete, they will be given a de-identified code. 
  • The ticket holders and stadium staff are tested at sites with the i-calQ technology.  The health care worker, with the i-calQ technology, inputs the de-identified code and tests the patient. (No need for further input by the health care worker).  
  • The stadium should also have several i-calQ platforms and test cassettes and provide on the spot testing prior to entrance to the stadium.  
  • Stadiums could designate entrances by those already tested and those that need to be tested. 
  • The quantified results are produced and signify whether the patient has had the disease, their anti-body score and whether their scores reach a predetermined level of immunity. 
  • The data results are sent to the patients  phone and one of three barcoded certificates will be uploaded:  
  • Has not had SARS-CoV-2 (No anti-bodies) 
  • Has had SARS-CoV-2 and could still be infectious (IgM antibodies)  
  • Has had SARS-CoV-2, has IgG antibodies.

Offices

Whether you have a small office or a large office with many employees, the i-calQ Total Diagnostic Solution can be customized for your particular needs.

  • Employees download the i-calQ App and complete the profile and questionnaire. Once the profile is complete, they will be given a de-identified code.
  • The employees can be tested on-site or outside the building. The health care worker, with the i-calQ technology, inputs the de-identified code and tests the patient. (No need for further input by the health care worker).
  • The quantified results are produced and signify whether the patient has had the disease, their anti-body score and whether their scores reach a predetermined level of immunity.
  • The data results are sent to the patients phone and one of three barcoded certificates will be uploaded:

  • During the longer-term employees should have a temperature check when entering the building. You can use a gun thermometer or one of the many temperature kiosks currently available. We work with a number of kiosk manufacturers and can incorporate it into the solution.

The i-calQ COVID-19 Rapid Test Strips are used to determine viral status amid the global pandemic using whole blood, serum, or plasma.This assay is a single-use, disposable immunoassay that is read with a smartphone-based image analysis algorithm. The assay can be used to screen for COVID-19 IgG and IgM. Presence of COVID-19 in the human body will trigger an immune response; causing the production of two key antibodies: IgG and IgM. The presence of the two, or lack of, is used to determine an individual’s viral status, be that: Positive, Negative, or Exposed. The COVID-19 assay utilizes affinity chromatography. Antibodies are developed with a high affinity for COVID-19 IgG and IgM, these antibodies grab onto the IgG and IgM. These antibodies adhered to IgG and IgM produce a visible marker, much like an over-the-counter pregnancy test. The optical signal from the assay can be detected with the smartphone camera to quantify the amount of each antibody based on the intensity of the signal. With further research and guidance from organizations such as the CDC and WHO, guidelines on antibody count will allow for better treatment and containment of the virus. The smartphone application is easy to use and does not require internet connection. Results can be transferred from the smartphone to any organization through wifi and bluetooth connection. The application can be updated to take action against future infectious diseases.
